Microlots typically represent the best of a farmer's crop from a traceable, exclusive green coffee that is produced with great care.

The term may be used for limited batches from a specific region and variety, a small lot of coffee from a single estate, a single processing method, or a single altitude.

In a nutshell, it's awesome!

A cup score is a quality assessment of coffee composed of 10-point scales. Cup scores provide insight into the beans and highlight the positive aspects of brewed coffee.

The higher the score, the higher the quality of the coffee. Microlots typically score at least 85/100.

Due to the small batch size, these roasts are only available for a limited time only. Typically we have these for a few weeks before sell out!
