Our medium-to-dark roast taste profiles range from nutty, to caramel, to dark chocolate, to smoky.

As roasting continues, the beans turn dark brown and the oil locked inside begins to emerge. This process is known as pyrolysis. Most dark roasts occur at or just after the second audible crack of the beans.
