What are your hours of operation?
  • We are open from 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM on weekdays, 9:30 AM - 12:30 PM on Saturdays, and we are closed on Sundays.
  • These hours are the same for our Coffee Shop drive-thru!

    Why should I choose Pisgah Coffee Roasters™ as my go-to coffee?
    • We are a 3 generation, family-owned and operated business with 45+ years of hands-on experience growing, harvesting, and roasting skillfully crafted beans that are farmer direct and locally roasted. 
    • We source 100% Arabica beans from the Cerrado Region of Brazil, with altitudes 3,300 feet above sea level to allow for slower growth, positively affecting the coffee's flavor profile.
    • We have extreme consistency when it comes to our roasting process. We roast to order, using a small-batch slow roaster to ensure an even, consistent roast, guaranteeing a perfectly bold, low-acidic cup. We remove the chaff from our beans, reducing the bitter aftertaste and providing a smoother coffee than most on the market.
    • We directly trade, import, and roast your coffee. By cutting out the middleman, we are able to ensure fair, profitable wages for our farmers and competitive prices for our customers. We have personal relationships with our growers, resulting in year-round communication. 
    • Drawing inspiration from the natural wonders of the area, our coffee carries the names of local landmarks, and our bags are designed to match.

    How do I make an account with Pisgah Coffee Roasters™?

    • It is very easy to make a Pisgah Roasters account, simply click on this link and follow the prompts, OR click on the person icon at the top right of our home page. 
    • Once you have an account, you can view your current and previous orders.
    • If you sign up for our Subscribe & Save Subscription, you will now have quick access to view, edit, and cancel your subscription inside your Pisgah Roasters account by clicking on subscriptions.
    What is a Subscribe & Save Subscription?
    • By signing up for a S&S Subscription, fresh-roasted coffee will be delivered to your house every month or every other month. You can also opt to pick up your coffee in-store.
    • Our 12oz bags are discounted at 20% OFF and our 5lb. bags are discounted at 10% OFF. 
    • Standard shipping rates apply. 
    How do I sign up for a Subscribe & Save Subscription? 
    • During checkout of a product, you will be given the option to add a discounted price by clicking “Subscribe & Save.”
    • Once selected, follow the prompts. 

    Where may I access my Subscribe & Save Subscription?

    • If you have a Pisgah Roasters Account, you may access your subscription by logging in to your account and clicking on subscriptions ***listed at the bottom of the page for mobile users underneath recent orders OR to the right of the page for desktop users. Once you click on subscriptions, you will be able to view, edit, and cancel your subscription. You may also reactivate your subscription at any time. 
    • If you do not have a Pisgah Roasters Account, set one up here in the customer portal OR by clicking on person icon at the top right of our home page and then choosing "create account." 
    • If you do not wish to create a Pisgah Roasters Account, you may access your Subscribe & Save Subscription by using the “Magic Link” located inside your subscription email. You will be able to view, edit, and cancel your subscription. You may also reactivate your subscription at any time. This magic link authenticates the authorized user and allows the subscriber to edit the subscription without having to log into their account. These magic links are always present in your subscription emails.
    What edits may I make to my Subscribe & Save Subscription? 
    • You may change your email address, edit your shipping info, change the subscription interval, add/remove products, change the quantity of the products, and skip future orders in the subscription.
    • You may also pause, resume, cancel and reactivate your subscription at any time.
